A hand full of designers showed floor sweeping coats  for FW 2015. I absolutely adore ground skimming outerwear, as I appreciate the high maintenance effort it takes to accomplish the look—requiring precise tailoring and rigorous dry cleaning—only for the most dedicated fashionistas (Chiara& Leandra.) In the very least they create movement in cold weather attire and look so lovely billowing in the autumn breeze. One thing is certain: when you see someone wearing a ground skimmer you know they are serious.
