Sag Street Style
An exercise in the versatility of knitwear, this outfit is inspired by Grey Gardens. Big Edie wears a cashmere yellow turtleneck as a tank top—tied in the back, the neck flops down. Style which fascinatingly can only happen when one chooses to be Hamptons-house-poor over living lavishly absolutely anywhere else. You do what you have to do, and sometimes that's where the true creative magic happens. I see this look as an eclectic Hamptons style with a tribal influence, and one of my favorites of the Summer because of how it came to life.
