Snow Globe Gown
Speaking of the British Fashion Awards—this exquisite piece was created by British designer and Central Saint Martins alumni, Carli Pearson. Who began her career designing under Stella McCartney, Alexander Wang, Emilio Pucci and McQueen, before launching her own label, CIMONE. Each garment is developed and handcrafted in her atelier with a vision to transcend time and trends. During the holidays I’m calling this piece the snow globe gown, normally known as the bean bag dress, this piece is filled with thousands of tiny balls that use static to crawl up the dress and come alive as you wear it! My award for innovative dress of the year and designer to watch.
